No. It’s not a legal controller. Also be wary of local volunteers saying yes. Last year a bunch of teams from one of the Florida regions showed up to the state champs with robots that weren’t completely within 18” because their regional inspector was chill with a little over. They all had to change their robots.
Using that controller isn’t as big an issue as that, but be prepared to just use an Xbox controller instead. It’s probably a waste of money to get the afterglow one.
I was only asking about the Afterglow because we already had some. I think I may consider actually buying an XBox brand controller, though.
The rule book has two specific controllers listed that you have to use, but since you’re in Oklahoma Jeremy has told my team that he doesn’t see anything advantageous about that so he’s cool with it
